40 RepliesPersonally, I would prefer that Bungie improves the Collection. See, they made a great system which cleared out half my vault, because I could just delete gear and retrieve it from the Collection, then proceeded to make most of Year 2 "Random Rolls" which is not retrievable from Collections. I would like to have the ability to either save one roll to the Collection, or simply have a curated roll, or really just anything that I actually can stuff Year 2 gear in my Collection so it doesn't fill my Vault.

2 RepliesUnless you have 50 Blast Furnaces with the exact same roll, this might be a you problem bud. You don’t need to keep every single item that drops for you.

They literally make you choose between endgame content you want to use. That needs to go - last year. I range from 490-495 items out of 500 in the vault. And thats being very minimal of me as it is. If you actually play everything in this game since launch, 500 slots is a joke. Could fill that in a few months with limited time or endgame loot too easily. Either fix inventory or make the collection an actual collection so i dont feel like i need to hold on to so many godrolls and such on endgame armor and weapons that i cannot get again. Oh and im at 490 slots with almost every exotic in the game dismantled, since 99% of them are gimmicky and suck. Yeah vault space is -blam!-ing bad. We NEED vault increase for the next season. Im just gonna have to keep deleting more shit, which is not fun and ruins the game. Getting on to spend 20 mins moving items around with ishtar commander before i even play anything is a CHORE.

1 ReplyI really don't want a bigger pile of shit. Honestly, give us the collection tab that works. Give me aplace to store my sets of armour that I collect in an easy to view way. Why can we not have a tab that we can save an armour peice with the perks that we like. That way if I want it later, I can pull it out, at a cost if I choose not to save it in my vault. We have systems in place they just suck and are not being utilized in a meaning ful way right now.

1 Replyah, back in the D1 Year 1 days, there was only 20 slots per type of item (Ex. 20 slots to place weapons, 20 slots to place armor etc.) That was horrifying compared to now. BUT to be fair, there are WAY more armor sets in the game now so I agree, we need more vault space.

1 ReplyAnnual pass owners need more vault space. I can't play reckoning anymore cause I have no room to put sets together. Vault is full. Postmaster on all 3 toons are 18-19 deep. And I'm only a year 2 player.

1 ReplyGambit Prime was the final straw for me. Minimum SIXTY new pieces of armor to keep! I've only gotten notorious armor on one character because I don't want to make space for the other two. This game has a lot of issues, but on a daily basis, the thing that makes me want to play less is the lack of space and/or the ability to reacquire things from collections. However, Bungie will probably never do anything because a) lazy and b) making the game more convenient to play might reduce the hours people spend playing so that's unthinkable.

4 RepliesYup we need more vault space because Bungie has many legendary items not able to be acquired from collections forcing players to hold onto them. If we could delete the Yr 2 items and re-acquire from collections then no extra space would be needed. My vault is pretty much full. The majority of the items in it are armour sets.

1 ReplyOf course haters usually ones not playing 3 characters and yes considering need all sets for certain bounties and or quest and addition ew stuff may want keep cause might not get again. Not mention bounties require all gun types like black forge gambit etc its easy say delete but I not fooking grinding out good rolls 2nd time and yes I almost maxed I have different sets different activities x 3 characters so if not upvoting keep piss poor remarks to yourselves I agree need more space. its not debate if have empty vault good for you means not playing proper or have no clue what keep for certain things activities so stfu and reply topic that concerns you

They already increased the vault space and organized some of the inventory so that you could fit more stuff on you compared to Y1. I believe the increase was 200 to 300 then to 500. Once again it's not that it's a bad idea, it's that this request of more vault space is a never ending one. Someone will eventually fill it up and ask it again.

4 RepliesFor weapons I don't really think its much of an issue. It's the armor for 3 characters that can get you in vault trouble due to random armor perks. If collections for random gear worked OR armor visuals were all simply ornaments then vault space wouldn't be a problem. I wish ALL armor visuals were ornaments that could be applied to ANY armor piece. Not sure why this isn't a thing since they have the ornament system in place already. I'm tired of my characters looking stupid just because I want to run specific armor perks.
