While I agree with some of you who disagree with me; I believe this post to be a baseline for a discussion we can have as a group. Yes Scouts need to be buffed in general and some AR's as well. That... I do agree to. Like I said, Although I do like this weapon... I would like to love it. Everything in this game is situational. I don't see anybody bringing this in PvP even with some weird or crazy buff. They would get decimated by all the kinetic pulse rifles and hand cannons. Alternatively… I was able to reach Fabled Glory points (went from 1200 to 2100) using Suros Regime. Pre-shooting and hoping for the best. I am by no means a good PvP player but it catches people off guard when you are off-meta. My initial post is only an idea that could make the weapon better, more usable and more forgiving. I by no means want to make it OP! Let's put our heads together and find a happy medium that everyone can be happy with!
