How about when exotics drop in gambit they are not year 1 duplicates?? THAT is why I don’t play gambit anymore and soon I won’t be playing your game anymore.. you say your listening and want to hear but you ignore every post regarding this issue. Wake the -blam!- up!

Going into a match 2 vs 4, inevitably losing, and then losing my win streak. That's beyond reprehensible. On top of that, I get penalized for leaving because your matchmaking blows? What a waste of time.

Fix the rank up system that glitchs you backwards. Add more guns for rewards. Make new armor sets and not just 1 for each class. Make exotic armor pieces specifically for gambit. Make it that there is more than 1 invader. Add more invader spawn points, lame that people can predict where the invader will spawn in. Make a map where we can use vehicles. Fix the kill invaders using supers task so if were invading and they use a super we get credit as well.

2 Replies• Give matchmaking bias towards players similar to your Infamy rank and please make it harder for solo queues to match up against 3 or 4 stack teams. • Increase pickup radius on motes • Make Medium and Large blockers more worth saving up for and overall more impactful against the receiving team. Realistically, Small Blocker is the only thing really worth sending out as it performs best on the battlefield. • Primeval Slayer stacks dont begin to accrue until both Envoys are dead. This prevents players from killing the first one, waiting for an enemy to invade and leave before killing the second one and melting the boss instantly. • Close the initial spawn after all players have exited. This prevents people from hiding back there from invaders, effectively wasting their time and making it pointless to invade. • Invader wall hacks should be a pulse every few seconds rather than constant vision. • Invader damage mitigation should be slightly toned down on the condition that damage gets increased • Reduce the heavy ammo economy so engagements are more tactical and victories arent determined by who has more heavy ammo. • Round 3 should be pure and total chaos. Think sudden death from smash bros. • make high value targets drop a relic that can be used to spice things up (scorch cannon for Fallen, Sword for Hive, Aegis for Vex, Eye of Riven for Taken, Flamethrower for Cabal, Shock Cannon for Scorn) • Competitive Gambit with certain exotics banned and unique rewards

1 ReplyAnother week down no ghost shell or ship from dreaming city .. I know this isn't about gambit .. but id imagine I speak for alot of the community when I say I feel like y'all know this and aren't addressing this .. or you don't know and don't care .. either way I know y'all are busy with the split and the upcoming content but this has been going on for a way to long .. those of us who play this game religiously can't get a title over cosmetics that don't effect gameplay and honestly I'm not even sure exist at this point .. PLEASE do something about this or tell us something so at least we know you are or aren't gonna do anything about it ... It's pointless to keep wasting our time with the hope of getting these items with no end in sight .. other than this and a few other issues I'm enjoying the game .. thanks

Ammo drops could be more consistent. Going 90% of a round without seeing any non primary ammo drops makes it really hard to want to bother playing, even if you have malfeasance.

3 RepliesIt's obvious that Gambit is a mixture of PVP and PVE with a number of small mechanics to keep things exciting instead of one-way blowouts. The fun of it comes from quickly swapping between PVE and PVP elements, and staying on your toes. That being said, there's a number of issues: -Long-range/heavy weapon invasions are king,queen, jack, and everything else that matters -An unlucky take can win/lose a match via snowballing -Missions specifically tasking invasion kills mix player priorities, sometimes away from win conditions -The primeval is either too slow or too fast to take down, pending the circumstance -Even knowing the map/enemy, loadouts have to vary greatly to manage specific formations. Ways to rectify some issues: - Make Gambit 6v6. - Adjust invasion points, or add a Drifter callout ("Invader at the Beach"). - Only open up invasion portals when the ENEMY banks a number of motes. - Grant buffs for holding more motes. - Remove level advantages. - Modify the radar so that invaders are a different color than regular enemies - Lower mob difficulty/damage. - Modify how special/heavy ammo is earned

3 RepliesSeparate solos from fireteams. (Not exclusively a Gambit issue) Rework the "wallhack" mechanic for invaders. Reduce invading during primeval phase. Mote collection is wildly inconsistent. Certain triumphs are nigh impossible. Focus less on the PvP aspect of it all.

When I join a match don't dump into the end of a losing match that is intolerable. Stop the incomplete match BS, it's your DC's that cause the majority of it. The invaders don't need a secondary shield. Everyone's super should generate at the same time. Being a Titan sucks when the hunters and the Warlocks get their supers way before the Titan does and there is no weapon that can compete with an invader in their super. Also the motes need to be color coded for the person that spent their ammo on defeating adds. I am sick and tired of hunters running around snagging the motes and not shooting anything. Stop the one shot kills from random adds when health is full. Add some different maps this is getting boring looking at the same thing every time. Instead of using Valor for matchmaking use a random calculator that puts teams together. Having played hundreds of hours I keep getting put on terrible teams. The only way to win is to get my clan members to join. Eliminate the tags indicating how many motes a person is carrying there should be more luck in hunting when invading. Stop the bounties in both Crucible and Gambit it messes with the quality of the game play. How about some exotics drops when playing hundreds of hours of Gambit that only come from Gambit. Same for Crucible this would give incentive to play. Hopefully this resonates with the developers. Appreciate the work involved in designing these games.

I'd like to see -- as I'm sure has been mentioned plenty -- more ways to earn infamy beyond bounties and wins/losses. As a solo queue player without a load of time, this is the first time I've managed to reach Legendary once since Forsaken came out, and without being able to partake in any 3x weekends. But then I just lost 9 matches in a row on one of the few free Fridays I've had in a long time, and it's a super bummer not seeing that bar budge. Little infamy boosts for killing HVTs, invaders, sending blockers, anything that also incentivizes/rewards good play.

If the match making could avoid placing solo players against groups of 3 or 4 that would be wonderful.

Gambit is terrible right now. The one shot kills with full health has to stop!! The skrills that materialize out of no where with no warning is just stupid. Dropping invaders on top of us when we have 10 or more motes makes me not want to play. Also being on losing teams every single time I play is getting really old. Change the match making, adjust the adds power level and please read the previous post. This is getting really old and I'm only playing to fulfill the clan bounties. This is sad don't you think?

Invading is busted. The catch up mechanic is dumb. Make the bosses have more thought into them. They just stomp and shoot crap. Put in a little raid mechanics in there. Also, boost drop rate for weapons and armor. 1 game takes 20 minutes and all you get is a blue every time.

1. I don’t get it why i less heavy ammo from the time based heavy ammo drops near the mote deposition bank ( whatever it is called). Lets say, I am usig Queensbreaker, if i pick up ammo from the heavy ammo spawn location i get 3 ammo only whereas if i pick up ammo that is dropped from some enemy then it goes to 6 from 0. This 3 ammo is such a big difference. I mean there should be atleast a small difference in this not this big.. maybe you get 4 ammo for queenbreaker if some enemy dropped heavy ammo? 2. Dredgen seal needs one serious rework!!! Many many many people have shit ton of good guns so they never use their super as an invader. Now the thing is, if i am trying for Dredgen and no-one uses their super on invasion then how am i supposed to complete that triump? 3. There should be a way to kick inactive players of players using bots. If I am ever playing gambit as a solo then I have to pray to god that there are not some players who are just using bots and other software to sabotage the game for players who are actually trying to play fairly. Time after time i have found myself in a team with many inactive players who just uses bots to keep them moving at a small place so that they dont get kicked for inactivity. Some just move around a small distance in spawn, some just use jump spam and bullet fire every 2-3 secs, and some do both.. This is really painful, specially if you are in Legend rank because that means you just wasted 10mins for nothing. Maybe one way could be that if after a while these kind of players don’t have even a single elimination’s they should get kicked and on repeat scenarios should get banned. Please for the LOVE OF GOD FIX BOTS USERS IN PVP!!!!

Motes pickup is broken. When you run, kill a guy and the mote fly over your head. Sometimes even when you run through them it will not detect a pick Invaders shouldn't see enemies from the distance. Way too many invasions during the game, especially during the boss phase. Boss mechanics should be more interested like scortch cannon must be use which is only on enemy side Even the invador role can be changed like: steal an orb that powers up the bank or get a cannon from enemy side and bring back to your side to improve damage output. Because right now is killing and killing... Whoever get heavy wins. Should be smarter wins

Spawn camping when invading makes the point moot. I can’t even see my screen yet and I’ve been killed. Taken Phalanx shield attack has an absolutely ridiculous range. Also if I’m hiding behind a WALL I should no longer get hit by it. Maybe have two types of gambit like there is for crucible. One for people who want to have fun, and one for people who are competitive and have a higher skill level. The current matchmaking is unbalanced and does not allow for fun in matches.
