Gambit Feedback Request

Do you have feedback about Gambit? We want to hear it. If you could change anything about the mode, what would you change? We are looking specifically for tuning changes and "Quality of Life" updates for Gambit. Even if you don't fancy yourself a designer, feel free to share specific things you like or dislike about the mode. Thanks for sharing!

      • Boss fights are all the same. The stomp mechanic Is ass. The meatball is the best. I want see a crota shield. Where he drops down to one knee and can only be damaged with a hive sword. Just different fight aspects all the time. Otherwise it's too repitive.

      • Also do something about that light vs light triumph. You don’t have to make it easier but give players a reason to invade with super. Currently you are putting your team at a disadvantage by doing that. A new bounty, part of tlw quest, etc.

      • Honestly I stopped playing gambit a long time ago. There’s no place for solo players in that game mode. It’s not enjoyable at all. It doesn’t matter how good you are or how hard you work, if you’re playing by yourself you don’t stand a chance. Your teammates are gonna be trash and since you’re solo chances are you’re being pitted against of team. I really have to reason to play gambit

        • I only play "this" to get the loot, but at least I like to play games with both teams, I have played games where there are 2 players on one side and no condition to win and even then the game continues even at a disadvantage, Close them, because getting price in this type of game is tiring!

        • After the malfeasence and breakneck quest, I haven't played any gambit. I pass up on the daily powerful gear easy engram. I'm burned out. Invasions are ridiculous. The enemy primeval melt in less than 10 seconds after invading and wiping the entire team....um what the hell?? No thanks.

            • So how about the ability to transfer motes from one to another? It works like this, say if you have 15 motes and someone is invading. Instead of running to hide, you can run to your closest teammate and "tag" them so they get all the motes you have. Allowing you to go after the invader, while they run somewhere else. In order to tag another person, you'll literally have to melee them. Which would make for some interesting plays when including melee abilities.it gives the chance for your team to "dance" around the invader making it harder to simply lose traction once and get swamped with blockers. The flip to it is that there is a 7 second timer once you tag somebody. Meaning you cannot tag anybody else, nor can the person who is currently holding the motes tag another person.

              • I feel like something interesting should happen in rounds, not just kill collect bank, I would like to see a higher mote count to summon primevals, enemies feeling less powerful compared to us, no more power enabled, the invader needs a nerf, I think remove the ability to see what player names, and make it like Truesight where you can see flashes of a player. I would like a quickplay mode where it is just 1 round with half the rewarded rank, and more weapons to grind for out of it.

              • I just hate the constant invasions during boss fights. I get that the other team needs to stop the other but give it some kind of limit. I'm tired of wasting sleeper rounds on invaders.

              • Ues, we are all tired of getting kicked from the server and then receiving a warning for negatively impacting other players experience, how about my experience. Please work on your servers so that we no longer have to contact destiny servers on the middle of our game play.

              • Make a vacuum perk for each part of the exclusive Gambit Armor Set. This will allow collecting Motes faster and speed up the gaming session accordingly.

                I stopped playing after a while because it’s so one sided and boring due to there being a light advantage and the masterwork core infusion system being broke. I would like the light advantage turned off please so that I could use real weapons instead of random ones that suck but I am forced to use due to its higher light level! Please turn it off!

              • Give credit to guardians who kill invaders with active supers. I have kills 3 guardians with supers active and didn't get credit for the kill and didn't get credit for my light v light. I have been stuck on 9/10kills. Would be nice to get the 10th kill recognized to get my dredgen title.

              • How about when exotics drop in gambit they are not year 1 duplicates?? THAT is why I don’t play gambit anymore and soon I won’t be playing your game anymore.. you say your listening and want to hear but you ignore every post regarding this issue. Wake the -blam!- up!
