Anyone else experiencing an issue where just loading D2 causes your xbox one to just shut down. I though the game was corrupted, so I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it again. No luck still actually getting t the screen to pic my character.

If a game was shutting down my system... I'd kick the game. No game is worth wrecking my system.

1 ReplyHello, If you Xbox One is shutting down on multiple games you will need to contact Xbox Support. You may have a hardware issue that may require service.

4 RepliesDoes this happen after a fresh start? As in you completely power off the Xbox and restart it fresh and immediately run D2. As opposed to running other programs or games and then switching to D2. And have you verified there are no Xbox updates that haven’t been installed?

I forgot to mention that I had created a 2nd guardian (hunter) and was offered the ability to upgrade it to light level 320, which I did. That is actually the pint at when I started encountering my Xbox One shut downs. Can that hunter be deleted from outside the console?
