I only play solo and 100 motes banked with none lost is fking impossible. I'm playing against the enemy AND my own team

You know it doesn't have to be you right? You can help your team kill stuff so they don't die, and kill the invaders whenever you get the chance to

Not impossible my man, just bank constantly. If enemy is close to an invasion, bank. Play it safe and dont go for risky more pick ups.

I got my Protect the Runner while playing solo. I was running Arc Strider and used my Super to clear waves. You could also run a shotgun + sword. Anything that allows you to kill from close range. That way you are right there when the motes drop.

How do you fill a 75 capacity reservoir with 100 motes? Shoot your teammates take their motes and bank’em. Use your fellow guardians as meat shields. Anything as long as you get’em in.

3 rounds, if they do great and communicate, he could actually bank 225 motes in one game.

It is across the entire game, and you can work with your team to do it since only one of you needs to do it to get the triumph.

Took me awhile but 4 of us got together and finally got it done. We just did 10 at start of round and 15s whenever we could.

Just bank every chance you get...even if it is 4 or 9 or 1. Gather motes from waves 1 an 2 and bank 15 after those ...after that play it the safest you can.

Not impossible. Two of my random team mates were losing motes left and right so I started picking them all up. Ended up with 103 and a victory without even knowing about the triumph.

I banked 119 motes and achieved protect the runner. It is doable, you just have to be fast. Use supers to clear mobs quick and collect as many motes as possible. Go and bank your motes! Invader comes in? Play aggressively and get rid of him/her asap.

I did it solo with 111 banked. It actually kind of helps if the randos suck since you can bank all the motes yourself.

Bank everything quickly, don't worry about the specific amount. Pay attention to the other team's bar so you can try to predict incoming invaders and don't pick up motes when they invade. Make sure you pay attention to the blockers and clear them out between runs, don't let them pile up. If you pay attention to the cues it's a little easier to do even if you get bad teammates. Hope this helps.

I've done it solo. It can be can ....Took over 100 games of trying though.

Just do them in stacks of 5. It only counts lost motes. If you only die with no motes, you're good. Just keep an eye on the score. If you see a gray bar on the enemies side, deposit your motes. It's pretty simple. The part you're not going to get done is the "kill all 4 when invading" multiple times part.

50 times hah? LOL. Your bungie profile shows no games in your history for Gambit. Was this miraculous intervention? I have reset my infamy already and often am the invader for my team. I have not reached 1/4 of the total you say of 50. I would say 50 team kills as an invader is more impossible than banking 100 motes. Since, you need to play gambit, then hope you get a team where all 4 are in the same general area and not spread out and finally hope they do not snipe you when you spawn into the same of three locations ( 1 of which is generally not in the area where the adds are currently spawned in...leaving a 50/50 guess as to where you spawn in).

Dude, I play on PC and may not have it linked. I have one game with 33 invasion kills alone. That was about 8 times wiping 4, in one game.

I had a match this morning - 75 banked 0 lost. was with a pretty good 2 stack and a solo PvPer. Had it gone to 3 rounds (which I hoped for) would have easily had it complete. had 43 in the first round (4 mediums) and 3 mediums in the second. Was also trying to get the Herder at the same time. I don't think the group like my technique since it was one of them that shot me between rounds. we needed 4 or less to summon the first round and I banked 10. though it helps if you have others that do their share of killing. I have been in matches when I die because of too much enemy fire, when you are the only active person - what else are the enemies going to shoot towards?
