I'm introverted...and I am also Autistic. I play in a clan and just don't join the party chat. its too loud for me and theres too much swearing which, whilst I am not a prude, gets bit wearing after a while. I play much of the game solo and just team up for an hour or two to do something specific eg Nightfall or play a bit of banner. I rarely speak on mic because it makes me uncomfortable. Nothing wrong with being an introvert but yep, its very hard to progress without a bit of communication to fall back on. Happy gaming to you both and good luck.
