Forward:Some are angry and wondering why i did what i did. Others upset about what i said. Star Wars Rp would have collapsed on it's self so to save it i will be the bad guy as you all would have blamed one another at some point and it would have reached out of control. Thus i am not looking to Rp in the normal way but to create event's and tell story's in a reasonable way. I will do my best to make this as fun as possible. I have done the City Free Form Rp that is looser than this and i am easy to work with. Halo Rp i will be Game Master meaning i will keep to lore and keep to the rules. No favoritism nothing but the rules and make choices needed when arguments flair up or clarification is needed. I will play the Non Player Characters and that means bartenders monsters and people. I will also explain how PVP will work and how a fight will happen. I will be the Judge for all rules and what i say goes with the trust i am willing to be fair. I might do a Covenant Ship later in another group. But for now i figured i make it easier and allow others to get into Halo Rp. This will be moderate freeform Rp. I will give details on this ship that will make it clear and you will be all assigned to this ship or it's battlegroup. How to make a Character: You will need to make one using these steps. 1.Concept:Navy Army Air Force or Marines. You must select a MOS:Medic Explosives Engineer Pilot and So on.(Spartans are Off Limits for now and Will Require a new Character. A tournament will be held and those who win one on one pvp martial arts tournament that place in one two three will make Spartans. Lore Chars are off limits as well as numbers.) 2.Background: What kind of person are they and who are they?(No Lore Characters as that is my job. I might introduce people from Halo into this depending on the Adventure.)Tell facts of where they live or where they are from. Did they graduate from the Academy? How long have they been in. No one has seen combat till now or adventure. 3.Choose equipment and flesh out personality. You can make as many personality's as you like but remember you are playing this person so if you can have multiple people so if you have more than two try to keep track. 4. Since we don't have dice we will use the one for one post method. I must approve of all characters and they must fit into lore.
