So, we’ve all been dealing with #RemoveEververse and you all should in fact realize that they aren’t going to fully remove it. Ever. Because almost every AAA game has them (-blam!-ing supply drops...) and you know either they HAVE or HAVE NOT been paying attention to our pleads so if anything the most we can do is continue the remove eververse tread.
You know they won’t remove it, but they might nerf what it sells.
But there is another way, not purchasing shit. Logging on to destiny to tell the noobs and new casual Christmas noobs NOT to purchase into eververse, they might in fact listen to you and we’ll be able to strike them right in the wallet
Low eververse income = Low amounts of money
Low amounts of money = Them looking into why no ones buying anything
Them looking into why no ones buying anything = If they make or break eververse.
Seems like a simple plan for you to do.

7 RepliesThe problem is that you have three types of people. 1 who doesn't want to buy anything from eververse and think it should be removed, 2 who don't mind spending a little cash to get things and lastly the ones who enjoy the game for what it is and don't care whether eververse is there or not. Convincing everyone to agree with you on such an issue will be very hard, if not impossible, to accomplish. The people who don't mind paying are still gonna pay, the people who don't wil not pay, and the people who don't mid still don't give a shit. Personally I have never seen anyting in eververse that struck me as, "ooh I gotta have that. Let me get my wallet out". That being said. I do feel that if one is going to pay for something they should know the items they are gonna get. If I want that emote I'll pay for it. I don't want a chance at it. That is my only gripe with eververse. Even still it doesn't bother me enough to care.

7 RepliesI don't anymore, I only buy bits with my bright dust now.
-
I hope OP is just Luke Smith trying out reverse psychology. Those Bungie turds love to manipulate players. See: Hopson, John.
-
4 RepliesI agree with you but guess what else low money equals? No content. Barely anyone is buying the game, let’s face it. It is bad and barely has any players, but the few players who play, like me, will have little content. And I would rather have them release bad content, then no content at all, or even worse go under and that means no more Destiny.
-
How about not logging on destiny at all. And for God's sake stop buying their half assed dlcs.

Too late, I just spent $100 on bright engrams.
I lied.😗
2 RepliesSomebody once told me the world is gonna roll me I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed She was looking kind of dumb with her finger and her thumb In the shape of an "L" on her forehead Well the years start coming and they don't stop coming Fed to the rules and I hit the ground running Didn't make sense not to live for fun Your brain gets smart but your head gets dumb So much to do, so much to see So what's wrong with taking the back streets? You'll never know if you don't go You'll never shine if you don't glow Hey now, you're an all-star, get your game on, go play Hey now, you're a rock star, get the show on, get paid And all that glitters is gold Only shooting stars break the mold It's a cool place and they say it gets colder You're bundled up now, wait till you get older But the meteor men beg to differ Judging by the hole in the satellite picture The ice we skate is getting pretty thin The water's getting warm so you might as well swim My world's on fire, how about yours? That's the way I like it and I never get bored Hey now, you're an all-star, get your game on, go play Hey now, you're a rock star, get the show on, get paid All that glitters is gold Only shooting stars break the mold Hey now, you're an all-star, get your game on, go play Hey now, you're a rock star, get the show, on get paid And all that glitters is gold Only shooting stars Somebody once asked could I spare some change for gas? I need to get myself away from this place I said yep what a concept I could use a little fuel myself And we could all use a little change Well, the years start coming and they don't stop coming Fed to the rules and I hit the ground running Didn't make sense not to live for fun Your brain gets smart but your head gets dumb So much to do, so much to see So what's wrong with taking the back streets? You'll never know if you don't go (go!) You'll never shine if you don't glow Hey now, you're an all-star, get your game on, go play Hey now, you're a rock star, get the show on, get paid And all that glitters is gold Only shooting stars break the mold And all that glitters is gold Only shooting stars break the mold
goes into offtopic
Too late, I already did

Are you trying to trick people into logging into destiny 2
-
Just let us players buy Eververse items with legendary shards, job done.
-
Danm I got a card for xmass and bought some of tess's services. she's good too. Yeah i wont be spending money on the crimson days all that stuff looks like shit. I work for my money, I will spend if on the eververse if they let me buy what i want. I feel buying random loot boxes is a waste of my money.

2 RepliesThis. Our chief weapon against Eververse should not be a few hundred "Remove Eververse" posts. These can be ignored, outlasted, even removed if necessary. Our chief weapon against Eververse is SOUND FINANCIAL JUDGMENT. It is realizing that participating in Eververse requires us to take real money and use it to gamble for prizes that might have no objective value (that's why it's legal), but possess highly varying degrees of subjective value. It is understanding that this is an unethical, abusive, and predatory way of doing business. It is understanding that players are given a choice to participate or refuse. It is understanding that refusing to participate is the financially sound option. And, it is exercising your choice and selecting that option. Anger, hate, and insults apparently did not kill Eververse. Sound judgment will. And no, you cannot force everyone to use it. But, you can use it yourself. That way, even if Eververse remains the blight on Destiny's landscape that it is, you can ensure that you're not among its victims.

1 ReplyCan't spend money if you haven't played in a few months
-
8 RepliesYeah....I’m I just spent like $300 dollars on eververse so....
-
It doesn't matter how many people play this game, its the amount $$$$ spent at EV. Bongo wont care until the numbers drop. Spending money at EV isn't playing for content, it's moving content from endgame activities. The most you spend the more the game is ruined.
-
Agreed.
-
Man I jumped on last night to try and play.....OMG fuking boring. Noooooo one on even at the flashpoint world.... this boat is fukin sinking And y would I buy cosmetics? To look awesome while I beat that strike for 998th time????? Good times it’s the best

1 ReplyUnfortunately can't purchase anything from Eververse, cause.... i uninstalled Destiny2 already... badum tsss :)
-
6 RepliesPeople who buy Silver are the core problem.
-
YEAHHH
-
Okay, so spend as much as possible at Eververse now, just in case they might consider making any changes...
-
1 ReplyI really wish I could agree with you; however, I think Bungie has lost a sack completely. I really think if nobody purchased the Eververse stuff, they'll just charge more for a DLC, or milk the community in another way. All that I've read about Bungie lately, they've completely lost their way. They have entered the phase where they just do not care anymore.
-
I'll buy some more
-
9 RepliesExactly. Don’t buy silver, don’t buy d3 unless we see changes. Have some damn willpower.
