95% are cosmetic changes, which means that this game is really struggling at this stage. I bet after three weeks from the DLC drops players will start complaining about the same things they do now. Why? becuase they did not fix the -blam!-ing core elements of this game that makes it sucks that much. I did not farm VOG raid because the vex mythoclast looked amazing (which it did), I farmed it week after week because the gun was overpowered and it felt special. D2 doesn't have this feeling across the board that's why it will keep falling apart.
