I have just downloaded my copy of the game and my cursor is locked in about 1 to 2/3 of my screen, and I cant finish customization to possibly change settings. I have read that this may have something to do with funky forced resolutions in the settings, or something like that at least. I cannot use the keybind to put the window in windowed mode either, cause for some reason it doesnt want to work for me. I could definently use the help while I have decent internet over the next 2 days or so. Thanks all!
