New:I wasn't used to the new Crucible at all, after spending a good amount of time in it both with friends and solo I truly found out how wrong I was.
Old:I think I've seen the new crucible meta and it's going to be Destiny all over again. Bungie having a Scout Rifle that can fire that fast is not very balanced. 200 RPM and it can out do even an Auto rifle at distances it was designed to be great at. This needs to be fixed.

1 ReplyDon't just edit something in. Change the title and all. We don't want to take any chances.

8 RepliesOP is mad his auto rifle doesn't destroy every gun regardless of the range
-
2 RepliesFunny thing is dude you are correct it is op otherwise not many people would be using it. The people who are crying on the forums saying you are bad or insulting you are the ones using mida and don't want their gun nerfed. I hate things being nerfed but it does need to be so it's balanced against other weapons all the people who disagree don't know what they are talking about. The only gun that I can not outgun are mida people other guns I have a chance against but rarely I beat a mida at close and long range. It needs a nerf so it's balanced with other weapons.

2 RepliesGo ruin the new CoD with your Nerf brigade. You have summoned me.

Edited by Kone19ps: 9/13/2017 8:12:54 PMI think it's too soon to make that claim but yes D1 it was always top tier. It's aa alone made it stupidly good shooting around corners and giving headshots I never deserved

Edited by Dano2point0: 9/13/2017 8:54:30 PMI love reading the posts by the MIDA apologists. Of course it's OP. It's consistently been in the top 5 pvp weapons in Destiny since Taken King was released. Its stats defy the laws of physics. The range stat is irrelevant because it could outshoot a Jade Rabbit, a Palindrome, or a Hawksaw all at their ideal range. 90 base aim assist, or 100 aim assist if you run Soft Ballistics means aiming for the head is optional. Headshots will happen anyways whether you deserve it or not. Oh and you have 21 rounds in the mag so feel free to spam the trigger. Lightning fast handling and perfect recoil direction. Bonus agility for strafing purposes, to make every 1v1 a test of patience. Not to mention High Caliber Rounds and the mismatch that perk caused. I'm looking forward to the screen shake in D2. Weapons that are overused in Destiny and consistently get the lion's share of kills and action in games are chosen because they have a definite advantage over other guns. Clearly, there are a lot of players who just can't be honest about the clear advantages MIDA has and creates versus other weapons. And yes, it is overpowered. The stats prove it.

Edited by BaconRiot: 9/13/2017 7:43:36 PMIt is definitely overused, but in my extensive experience using it (successfully) over the past few days in pvp... I have to say it doesn't feel OP. I get easily outgunned at range by anything that can hit me back. Mida speeds up your play a bit, but it is a mule to get kills with. One missed headshot and you're done. Especially weak feeling when matched up against an auto at medium range. I think many are using it because it is 1. their highest light drop 2.they are used to (familiar gun) it or 3. they see everyone else using it lol.

You spelled well balanced wrong.

3 RepliesMida was never OP, and still isn't.
-
4 RepliesOh, good, I was worried that it was more OP than it was in D1. If it's as "OP" as it was in D1, then you simply have yourself a balanced, powerful scout rifle.
-
Someone call the whaaaambulance another salty person wants nerfing again! It's not op, it's just widely available because of the quest. So far I use it in pve but in pvp it's garbage. I can almost always out gun anyone with a mida. Even with a run of the mill hand cannon that I'm usually terrible with.

Bro no fuk off
-
1 ReplyThe people who don't want it nerfed are the ones too proud to admit it's carrying them to victory. Or they bungie will just nerf scouts instead of just mida.
-
You could always play Barbie Dress Up, Pokémon Go or Paper Mario, there's no Mida in those games😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Disagree

Yes and no. It dominates in it's range and will destroy anyone who doesn't get too close, for sure. However; Scathelock will easily eat a Mida user if you get even remotely close to them, and can sometimes duel a Mida where it really shouldn't be able to
-
Mida is good but no way op. U need to be a good shot to use a scout rifle, at close range they are out damaged by smgs, pistols and auto rifles. Maybe aim for the head?
-
2 RepliesThe gun was never OP in Destiny 1.
-
Sad little person
-
3 RepliesAnother troll post bc this OP keeps loosing and needs a flower to cry on
-
4 Repliesit is not OP. Please stop using OP to describe anything that kills you.
-
3 RepliesIt was NEVER op. Still isn't. It's just a very solid exotic. It only became meta in destiny cuz everything else was nerfed an insane amount. It took everything else to suck in order to shine. The NLB is a perfect example of this.
-
That's been my baby for years. It's not for everyone, is it strong? Yes. It's an exotic. Is it OP? No.
-
I love the lore post on the gun details. It's pretty much Zavala speaking for the developers. Saying "stop saying to ban it, the statistics don't support the complaint"
-
2 RepliesGeneration of loosers whining "ow no, this weapon killed me. It is not enemy player that was better than me, it must have been this weapon!". Then he grabs the same weapon and gets destroyed too and go to forum crying about nerf cause his dam brain won't accept fact that YOU ARE JUST BAD AND SUCK IN PVP! Loosers.
-
6 RepliesI hope they don't nerf it, it was my favorite PVE weapon in D1 and it's my favorite in D2, I don't PVP at all.
