Huh? No one here drinks hot beer. In fact, we created the "Reinheitsgebot". Where are you from? Since puring glucose into a beer is an american thing...or at least a thing for people that don't have any clue about beer.

What do you use for sugar in your brewery?

When I make my own beer I use organic honey. Glucose is what cheap generic beer users use.

It depends on what you use. The fermentation process creates it out of the starch of barley or wheat. You don't add anything else than Hops/Malt, a starch rich ingredient and water.
