"Pretty sure you wpuld mind if you were sober." He hugs her. The bartender seems to be enjoying this. "The lad's scared 'o his father. 'Ed get hung off the front 'o the ship if 'e tried anything." He laughs, making Shadow turn an even deeper red.

Shadow is thankful for the armor. The bartender is laughing harder now as he tries to keep a straight face. "Um... L-like I said earlier, it's only our first date. Isn't this a b-bit too fast?"

"Alright lass. That's a bit far, you'll scare away ma customers." Growls the bartender. Shadow looks slightly uncomfortable with how fast this is going.

[i]Arty shakes her head and stands up.[/i] "I don't wanna stay anyways!"

"Su cuy, Shad'ika." Booms a new voice. Shadow pales slghtly as Shames enters the bar, his helmet off.

[i]Arty stumbles away from her stool.[/i] "I don't need this bar!"

Shadow stands to follow her, Shames looks mildly worried for a second before smiling at her. "You must be Artemis, I'm Shadow's father. It'snice to meet you."

[i]Arty is obviously intoxicated as she walks to Shames. She exposes some of her thigh by lifting her dress.[/i] "Wanna have fun?"

Shames glances at Shadow, whose gone completely pale save for the red across his face. He mouths the word 'drunk' and Shames nods in understanding. The older Mandalorian makes a small hand gesture and Arty's mind clears while her dress pulls back into place before she can notice it. "Hello, you must be Artemis." He says again, nodding politely at her. [spoiler]if what you said earlier is true, she won't remember much of while she was drunk, just immediantly before her second glass. [/spoiler]

Shadow walks over to her. "You started to get drunk, so I slipped an anti alcohol agent into the drink. You feeling alright?" He asks, putting a hand on her shoulder.

[i]She tenses from the touch.[/i] "Tell me you didn't hear what I just said."

"Hear what?" He asks, looking confused.

[i]Arty sighs in relief.[/i] "I said I felt we-and there I go again!" [i]Arty hides her face with her tail.[/i]

Shadow looks completely clueless. Shames turns to walk away, deciding now was not the best time for introductions. "You probably spoiled some of your drink or something."

[i]Arty looks at Shadow like he's an idiot.[/i] "You have no idea what I meant? Thank goodness." [i]Arty looks over at Shame.[/i] "Hey! Who're you? I'm sorry, that was...embarassing to say the least."

He turns back towards them. "So I noticed. My name's Shames, I'm Shadow's father and current leader of the clan." He says, holding out a hand to shake.

[i]Arty realizes who she's talking to and gets more embarassed.[/i] "I'm so sorry, Shames! Er, mister! Er, sir! Er, Captain!?" [i]She stumbles over her words.[/i]

Shames chuckles lightly. "Just Shames, please. We Mando'ade aren't much for titles. Besides, your a guest here so you don't fall under my command if we were."

[i]Arty bows.[/i] "Yes, Mr. Shames! I understand and I'm glad I could meet you!"

He bows his head slightly in return "The pleasure is all mine, lass. Shadow's been talking my ear off about getting drinks with you for the past couple of days, so I just had to come by and meet you." He glances at his adopted son, who suddenly seems to have an interest in his boots.

[i]Arty glances over at Shadow and blushes. She finally understands what's going on.[/i] "Oh, he did? I didn't know I was that interesting."

"Really? According to him you sounded like something out of legend. How did he put it? Ah yes, a 'goddess down from heaven'." He air quotes. Shadow looks like he wants the floor to swallow him whole.
