The Community has to be happy now!!!
Come on guys, we've got to be happy with what is coming with The Dawning!!
It's far more than what we were expecting. Bungie have tweaked things further to make us happy:
Along with the TWO new exotics, and the updated Year 1 Ice Breaker, we're getting three reworked Strikes, SRL and a new point scoring strike system.
AND...
If you're Level 40, green engrams automatically convert to weapon and armour materials on pickup!
AND...
The drop rate has increased for Skeleton Keys PLUS on your first completion of the Nightfall you will be rewarded one!!
AND...
If you accidentally deleted your Class specific Gunsmith Rank 2 weapon, these can now be repurchased!!!
AND....
We have the chance to get the best looking gear ever IMO!!!!
I'm excited for this event!!!

Thunderlord and ice breaker are not new, a recycled boring nexus strike is not new. New armour when half the existing exotics work really well.. GG bungie.

6 RepliesWhy should we be happy with them returning stuff that either should have been in the game already or getting weapons that I already had back. Explain how those new exotic guns are any better than the legendary machine guns we already have.

1 ReplyI'm fine with any free updates. I personally don't like SRL in the slightest but I'm happy it's back for those who do enjoy it. I wish Bungie would realize that some of their best content could be relevant again and bring forward the raids from year one.

Yea, I'm not complaining. Hell, maybe I'll start doing nightfall every now and then. So long as it's not filled with bugs/glitches it looks to be a great piece of content. Nothing new really but the updates you mentioned are awesome
