For Real though, Can we get some more Vault Space? (NEW: Link to a poll included)

Title Edit 4: So, I have read many peoples' posts saying that Bungie should charge money for additional Vault Space. I have created a poll below to see what everybody thinks about this suggestion.
IMHO paying for vault space (if you need it or are willing to pay) would be a better investment than the RNG loot packages that are currently on-sale at Eververse.
Here is the link to the poll: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/217116844 Edit 3: In response to the people that don't need vault space, and have played since vanilla. 1. That's great, I'm happy for you. But please don't tell me or anyone else how to play the game (to delete stuff or to not be a hoarder/collector). As said below this is a loot based game so we should have a place to store our loot. 2. Increasing vault space has absolutely no negative effect on you, so please just go be toxic somewhere else. Edit 1: 1. In response to "In Vanilla, we only had 20 spaces in the vault." You are correct, however.... A. In vanilla there was much less legendary gear. B. Although there was only 20 spots in the vault, we have inventory space on each character. 27 spaces for weapons on each character totaling 81 spaces for weapons. 45 spaces for armor per character, totaling 135 armor spaces. So 20+81+135= 236 total inventory spaces in Vanilla. C. Year 3 total inventory space for weapons and armor... 108 (vault armor) + 108 {vault weapons) + 81 + 135= 432 total inventory spaces for armor and weapons. Bottom Line: 236 spaces to start was actually very good. But now we don't have even double that amount of space (432), but the game, loot, and content has more than doubled. In the beginning we had 1 Raid, now we have 4. 2. In response to the people saying "delete your stuff": This is a loot based game, A majority of people play the game for the Loot. When Bungie brings back old strikes, why do we play them? Answer: for the New Loot. We should not have to delete our loot, to make room for new loot, that's just asinine. Edit 2: 3. Many of us have already deleted all Exotics (because you can get them back w/ Kiosk) and duplicate weapons/armor, I currently have no exotics in the vault. I have 9 Exotic Weapons across all 3 characters in inventory. And 6 exotic Armor pieces across all 3 characters in inventory. I keep no duplicates at all.

  • We're not gonna be taking anything with us to Destiny 2 (pretty safe assumption) so just delete the stuff you never use (minus the really good crap)

        • I looked through all that I actually use and got rid of everything else, even those things "i wanted to try". I have 2.5 pages free in weapons and armor. 1 page free in inventory items. I understand keeping things and having nostalgia but....

        • My vault needs some cleaning. There's just too much shit in it I simply do not and will never use. I could also do with more parts, shards and marks. I suggest to anyone complaining about lack of vault space to take a serious look at it and realize there's just some stuff they really could do without. Keep your very favorite raid armors and weapons and just get rid of the stuff you know you don't like. Same thing for ships, sparrows, shaders and emblems. There are kiosks where you can get anything you already unlocked. If there's anything like that in your vault, just delete!

        • People still B and whine about this? Good god, just shut up already... Here is an idea: delete stuff. You don't need every element of every weapon of every type. You don't need Y1 versions of Y2/3 exotics. You don't need every set of every armor that ever existed. Pick your favs and deal with it.

          • I honestly just started cutting back on the amount of exotics and legendaries I keep. I had a bunch of y1 class item that have also been dismantled. There are a few guns I will not delete. A fatebringer, felwinters lie (no longer with its most op perk), Praetorian Foil and Felwinters Lie.
