Worst Iron Banner ever.
Nothing but shotguns. Can use a damn weapon other then a shotgun. Horrible horrible Iron Banner. Not fun at all. Plz for the love of god never make it supremacy ever again

More like the best iron banner and I still see people using snipers, and I laugh, hate shotguns? use a fusion rifle or shotgun, or even side arm and enjoy it, the new IB is awesome as content, hard but rewarding ;)

The game mode demands shotguns over snipers. Just how it's played. Rewards are great Matchmaking? Well that shit is broken as -blam!-. Played 6 games and loss every one of them with 5 of them holding a positive kd and stayed top 3 every match

Isn't that how all Crucible matches are? If it's effective they will use it. No rules saying no shotguns. This makes you a Crucibaby.

Just got to learn how to counter it I played with a sniper ever since I started iron banner this week and have gotten a high positive kd some games and for the most I was positive so it's just how you play and how you can deal with the situation

2 RepliesI found myself doing very well with a hand cannon and fusion rifle. Personally I used the Hawkmoon and the thesan, it counters shotguns, and it's a very fun loadout.

Im not a shotgun fan. But ALL pvp is a shotgun mass orgy and the mentality is to get on board to kill things because THEY did it to you. The Behaviour is transparent. I don't object those that use skill and tactics. What infuriates me is those that charge and your shooting them in the face and there practically dead and pow your dead or pow and melee panic punch. Or the jumping shotgun floaters. Yes its a high risk manoeuvre. If a shotgun is charging in the open all primary guns should destroy them no questions as its a close quarters weapon. Small rooms, corridors etc is where a shotgun should thrive. you look on score and there red on connection yet top because of there bad internet and rubbish hit detection.

37 RepliesShotguns are not the problem.Yes it is a shotgun fest. But the big problem is LAG. Lagging and people leaving during the game (when their team is loosing) all the time. Thats the big problem with IB.

I never hated ahotguns... i saw then as the easy way to get a kill... played Iron Banner Supremacy and that made me hate evryone that uses matador or party crasher

I'm not a fan of supremacy so I agree. It just irritates me when I actually manage to pull of some awesome kills-to then have a team mate jus stroll over n claim all the crests. I know it's a team mode so it doesn't actually matter-it just really irritates me.

Just wait for the tryhards to kill each other and than get their crests and finish off some half dead players! And bring a shotgun plus max agility and Jolders artifact to the party. :D

You have to understand it's supremacy, not control or clash. You actually have to get in close to get points. Now at the same time, since you know everyone will be mostly running a shotgun, you can simply bait them out. Nothing more entertaining than getting a shotgun warrior caught in the open.

People use shotguns for more aggressive play because if you snipe in supremacy, theres a huge chance that the other team will get the crest
