Rank 3 is always bad (btw, still really stupid to only offer a rare artifact), but rank 5 packages have been especially awful lately. All they have been dropping for me is armor...which is great for infusion materials, but useless otherwise. I know it's probably just my shitty RNG luck, but a 320 ghost shell and a useless piece of armor is a lame reward for that amount of effort and time.
