I always do this, and I always feel like a bit of an asshole. But I'm competitive as hell so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Curious who else is the same.

Yup, I try n practice my jump snipes on 'em

2 Replies*naisaly voice* Well technically, AFK means Away From Keyboard, but Destiny is console only, so it should be AFC for Away From Controller.

3 RepliesThey are in a fight they shouldn't leave. One time I sat there and was dancing and waving letting him know I would wait. He came back and shot me dead. Now I shoot them all.
-
If you're afk, you're free game. Crucible wasn't made for excuses.
-
I dance in front of them first. If they don't respond in 5-10 seconds I kill them.

2 RepliesEdited by E x i l e D: 7/21/2016 2:31:54 PMBoom. Headshot. In a competitive game, there is no mercy. Say you let him go, and then your team loses by one kill. How sad that would be, knowing you could have prevented that from happening.

4 RepliesI got dropped into an Iron Banner match today, and of course the score was 3900 to 720. I played for a minute, then sat down and waited for the mercy rule to kick in. A titan saw me, shot me a couple times, and realized what I was doing, and moved on. Honorable warriors, those titans.

There's no option for "sometimes". As a general guideline I won't (because life outside the game does happen...I know I know...weird) but sometimes when the bloodlust has me and i'm on a streak I've wasted a player or two that may have been afk.
-
I shotgun them in the face!
-
Yes! How else am I going to get kills?

2 Replies"The Crucible is no place for Mercy."

I was dancing with one and his teammate saw me and was shooting at me, so I tried to use the afker as a shield. End result was I died but I took the afker with me.
-
It always happens to me, no mercy.
-
When it comes to being afk you deserve to be killed regardless of what side your on in-game of course.

Edited by GakMan: 7/21/2016 7:14:31 PMyup, and then I dance by their orb like it's a disco ball at the night club...

1 ReplyOfc, it's a free kill after all
-
You join a game to kill and be killed. If you're going to join a game and not play then you deserve what's coming to you.
-
Always. Gotta pad my K/D so people will think I'm gud
-
Yes, I try at least. Last night, I saw a person AFK. He had his ghost out as if he was trying leave so I melee'd him....3 times. No damage. Shot him in the face POINT BLANK with a sniper rifle. Didn't die, no damage taken. I unloaded a full clip of Soulstealer Claw into him...still didn't die. Teammate asks me WTF i'm doing and I'm like, I'm tryna get a free kill. All this shooting I'm doing has gone noticed and I subsequently get sniped in the head. Thanks for the lag Bungie :D

I try to kill them In odd ways......
-
Always, and I expect the same to happen to me (and it has).
-
If your afk you deserve to die
-
If they aren't ready to play they should be punished.
