Are there any rings and spells you suggest?
The only spells I find useful are the soul arrow and great heavy soul arrow, but the latter is so slow...

Mages that can trade! :mage: Pre-cast Affinity to force a roll, follow up with Sunless Talisman Dorhy's Gnawing boosted by Unfaltering Prayer. Facetank an attack, Dorhy's Gnawing hits for damage+bleed, doing anywhere from 1/3rd to 1/2 of HP. But with a Mace or Caestus, sorceries can have hyperarmor too! Uninterruptible Crystal Soul Spear and Crystal Homing Soulmass! Hyperarmor Soul Greatsword! So many possibilities If you use a farron greatsword you can effectively stunkock anything that gets close
