Thorn nerf... really?
So the most unique primary has been reduced to a legendary weapon, that tick isint even worth using anymore, at this point legendary handcannons will become better simply because any other perk will do. The thorn is annoying but, it has never been op in year 2, it should not have been reduced to a normal handcannon

10 Repliesabsolutely stupid. in all honesty during year one when it was "op" (I use that term loosely) was the funnest this games pvp has ever been. I think it should've set the standard for what all primaries in this game should've been. the game moved so fast and I would've loved it if it stayed that way. trials was also so much more competitive in year one.

4 RepliesI don't get this either it was one of the hardest guns to achieve year one and still is one of the very few guns we could call exotic. Its not even year 2 come on its not that op. Two shot walk of fine but 3 shots is on par with all the good hand cannons if I need 4 shots to kill it's trash

Lol year two thorn let people be lazy and three shot anywhere to the body plus guranteed kill. Atleast with year one you needed a headshot. .76 ttk = not op? Your argument is invalid

2 RepliesEveryone (PvE players not everyone) seems to be upset at pvp in general because of these nerfs... They need to narrow their focus to trials for most of them... It's so obvious why they were nerfed... Over use in trials... Not dps or balancing... Over use in trials... Why can't they just set rules for what can weapons can be used in playlists... That wouldnt violate the "your guardian is the same everywhere" thing they are going for...

1 ReplyIt got nerfed because people cried about it. Red Death used to be a counter to it, but then people cried about that and it was nerfed. Isn't it amazing how a community can manage to consistently shoot itself in the foot, cry that it shot itself and the proceed to do it again.

DoT should have never even been put into PvP. It's hard to balance something like that compared to the other weapons. (This goes for nades and melees as well)
