Xenomorphs vs Hive
Go go go.

Lots of Xenomorph loving around.
Let's be fair: predators > Hive > Xenomorphs
Update two:
I would love to see a Xeno/Knight genetic combo but let's be real guys, what facehugger is going to have the nads to jump a knight?
Also, exploding thrall army attacking a Xeno infested area? Messy business all around.

If the xenomorphs are already nested in, than they win. Face huggers sneak up on thralls and reproduce. New xenos capture acolytes to breed larger xenos which capture knights, and so forth. With large enough numbers, they would eventually capture a wizard or two as well. Imagine what would happen if they capture an ogre. Hive lairs and ships are perfect environments for xenos. They'd hide in plain site.

Technically, on small scale with infantry fights, xenomorphs hands down, when you get to stuff like crota and oryx. Hive all the way.
