I've done everything right. 21 People 24 Food 61 Water 33 Power (I know it doesn't affect happiness) 175 Defense 22 Beds ....and I'm stuck at 99 happiness.....I have 4 people working on food and the rest on the shops. I have 17 level 3 shops (none are armor or weapon shops because those don't raise happiness). The size meter is maxed out, I couldn't build a fence post if I wanted to. I've done all of this at Starlight Drive-In. I haven't even left the settlement either. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

It's the best minigame in Fallout I highly recommend you play it. (Tip: download the pipboy app to your phone and then connect it to your ps4 game and then you can play any of your holotape games anytime) I've put probably 8 hours into that minigame alone since I downloaded the app last night. It's incredibly fun. I've beaten all the bosses except the snow warlord solo with grognak. I sincerely hope they expand on this minigame maybe an arcade or something in the DLC or just more holotapes in the DLC it is seriously that fun.

2 RepliesFor those of you that don't know, I just figured this out today, if you haven't figured out how to do supply lines yet, look here. When you are in the workshop,go find a settler. there will be a button prompt, LB, and you can make that person into a supply line between that town and which ever you are allied with. You can also press X to move a settler from one town to another. Doing this will connect your workshops together making building among multiple bases way easier. Hope this helps. Sure helped me
