Same thing will happen too fallout 4 Black ops 3 and halo 5 next year when destiny 2 comes out. The only people who havnt gone to try the new games either 1. Dont like them 2. Cant afford them 3. 8 RepliesWho cares? The real Destiny Players will still be here, and the scrubby ones will return once they're bored of COD or any other thing they leave for... Other Games have a shelf life where their company will replace it yearly for the next instalment, where as, Destiny is EVOLVING! Slowly but surely, the game is coming good, yeah there are Major Flaws that are obvious to even the clinically insane, but Gradually, the game is making progress, and to have the fan base it does after 14months, the Game is here to stay! It won't "Die", as many of you so eloquently put, because of another games release, it will carry on steady unless Bungie do something catastrophically wrong

1 ReplyMe as well. Destiny was fun and all but a few weeks ago I realized there are so many games that do most aspects better. I have so many memories from destiny and had a great time playing it but it's time to move on. Destiny 2 would have to be either insanely good or completely free roam to draw me back.

Only come back to finish hard mode raid. Blops3 is pretty good, and I was strongly against all the recent ones. Aside from hard mode raids, why play?

Destiny is playing the long game....the makers understand that new games coming out will cause falls in overall numbers...temporarily. When ppl get tired of CoD (and they will) Destiny will still be around and enticing them with new content.
