Try clearing your cache turn off system for about 1 min turn back on and see it that helps

Clear your cache as suggested. If not, try bringing your system to a buddy's house with different Internet to make sure its not your internet. It's odd that this won't work. I doubt it's a Bungie issue tho. Sounds more like hardware.

Yes it does my Xbox started reading some games even if they were clean disc it wouldn't work sometimes but I had a very dirty one and it had a crack it worked just fine lol
