What gear is hurting your light level?
For me it's my boots and heavy! Should have the exotic sword Wednesday which will help, but have not had luck with boots. Maybe I'll get em in the raid this week!
Edit: seems to be mostly Ghosts, Artifacts, Boots, and Heavy!

And what pissed me off is my warlock had a blue helmet.....I saved 100 marks to get him a legendary helmet....and guess what it turns into....a god damn artifact. Thankfully I got a 310 Stag later that day. It stopped me from blowing up my ps4 with pipe bomb

All the raid gear I get seems to be dropping at a MAXIMUM of 302. I'm extremely lucky to get anything else, almost all my raid gear has been increased due to having some 310 exotic I don't care for that I infused it with

Currently mostly my ghosts and heavy. But also my weapons in general, im not really getting higher light stuff from engrams or drops, usually stuff just under my light level or in the 260-275 range, which is useless.

I think it will mostly come down to Ghost, Boots and Class Item.

Class armor always drops at 300 or 302 for me. Ghosts never go above 305 :(
