Killed Oryx with 20 Moldering Shards..
...And didn't get an extra reward, but yet still redeemed my 20 Moldering Shards, has this happened to anyone else? It's weird because yesterday as my Hunter I beat Oryx with 20 Moldering Shards again and got Skyburners Annex, Darkhollow Chiton, and Doom of Chelchis. But today with my Titan it redeemed 20 Moldering Shards and only gave me chest piece..

I've killed Oryx at least 6 times and the only primary I'm getting is Zaouli's Bane over and over

That's rng for you. Like you I got bugger all during my last raid, but still my 20 shards got redeemed. But then again from the night falls to date I've gotten 5 exotics including a 310 suros. As well as 2 exotic engrams drop for me when I ran the mission to do 5 strikes. Win some lose some.

Damn i feel sorry i always got something for the 20 few times i thought i got nothing but it was in postmaster it was hardly anything i needed always weaker than what i had lol besides a 310 telesto

King fall raid drop at Oryx is glitches, you can only get helmet from him so you got the chest piece from the shards. I've gotten only shards for turning in 20 shards

Lucky, I've had it take 20 away and give only 2 shards back twice now.

3 RepliesSeems like the only way you will get an exotic drop is if you have 20 moldering shards on you. It doesn't guarantee it, but it's like an entry point. Both of mine dropped at 310 as well.

3 RepliesI've defeated oryx twice.. once with 20 moldering shards and once without.. the first time was without and I got the auto rifle and Scout rifle.. the second time I did it with 20 moldering shards and only got the chest piece.. HOW IS THAT DOUBLE THE REWARDS

Twice last week I used 20 moldering shards and got 4 in return. So 40 shards to get 8 back...

15 RepliesChest peice does not drop on oryx. You got 2 shards for your main loot and chest for your double. I have had this for 9 loots in a row for my 3 characters in total Oryx only drops primaries and helm.

Killed oryx without 20 mouldering shards. And I got a better drop then I would with them 308 scout 310 Monte Carlo Shards Heavy ammo Lol
