56 RepliesEdited by CraftedFury: 9/18/2015 2:21:08 PMThe expansion costs $40, I don't see why everyone's got their heads up their ass. If you're not willing to spend 2 hours working in order to spend the next year (or half year) enjoying TTK, then stop complaining. Before anyone asks, I have bought the expansion and I haven't played it once and I still believe what Bungie has done is right.

6 Replieshttp://uk.ign.com/articles/2015/09/07/halo-composer-wins-bungie-shares-creative-control-lawsuit This idea will probably fall on deaf ears but I've changed my avatar to the pic of Marty O'Donnell the original MVP who stood up to the shitty practices of Bungievision and i suggest you all do the same. Just as little reminder every time we comment on something they may f*ck people over in the short term but it will always come back and bite them on the arse!

Tears collected the vanguard thanks you.

Here's why we need to boycott bungie and activision...they (bungievision) will never do this... https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/157307267/0/0

2 RepliesI thought about the forced PvP list today at work. When it came down to it, it seems they are actually trying to make people mad enough to buy TTK. Here me out, agree or disagree. I don't mind either way. - Forcing clash players to play control and vice versa is going to cause people to leave and join games at a ridiculous rate.As well as the other modes. There will be a lot of upset people by this. - they aren't keeping the vanilla playlist, well for vanilla. All the buttheads are going to just pillage these playlists. People will be able to defend against it but ultimately, it's going to be a disaster. I really do see this because they obviously know how this is all going to play out. The damn Dr Phil they have working for them is running the psychology on all you lab rats. The more I think about this game, the more I really start to despise what it's all about. From the gambling perspective, to the beat you down so you keep coming back, tactics. Akin to that one trashy couple you saw on cops that one tuesday, 10 years ago.

56 RepliesEdited by gallp13: 9/20/2015 12:04:48 AMFor the love of Mike it's $40 for hundreds of hours of entertainment - this entire issue is overblown nonsense. The choice is simple folks - pay and play or go away. EDIT : I have just read one colleagues view ... https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/154407514/0/0/1 which I find very well considered and balanced. I don't agree with it all btw, but that's beside the point. The point is this post reminded me that all views are valid and that all should be expressed. I thank our colleague for reminding me what a forum is about - it's place to put all views with courtesy and respect. A behaviour that in my frustration, I temporarily forgot. I am happy with the TTK deal - for me it's a small amount of money for a big amount of fun. There is so much to do, the UI is tops, the story and lore is unbelievable (the oryx origin story just wow) and raiding with a virgin team has to be experienced .... For others it's too expensive as they don't have the coin and some who have the coin feel it's unfair. They are feel locked out of content they have bought and feel forced to pay. While I would simply walk away a let my wallet do the talking others need to speak out - that's what a forum is for .... so rage away if that eases your frustration. I would like to find a small fun place on line free of the rage and disappointment and sadness where I can chat about the fun and the guns and the lore and raid tactics without the ever present buzz of the nerf/buff, hater/fanboy crowd ... sigh ... I have come to realise (again) this is not the place ..... So to our colleague - thank you for reminding me in an intelligent and thoughtful way that all views are important and deserving of a courteous voice. gallp13 out ....

Good. Bungivision needs to be exposed for this shit.

3 Replieswtf is Sixthaxis.com and Segmentnext?

3 Replieslooks like bungie is getting a little of the press it deserves instead of the press it paid for. Some of those bloggers who were fair and balanced shifted to cheerleading after bungie flew them in for games , good times and a good old ego stroke...
-
Every bit of media attention that these anti-consumer tactics get is a step in the right direction.

Bump!

3 RepliesSeems like people actually thinking about sewing Bungie/activison. Some mighty argue that this is a ridiculous move, but I never herad of something like that before and Bungie should really start to think about how it could have come to this. Where I come from you don't sew someone just for fun (like they do in the USA ;) no offense), so that means Bungie really messed up. Which they did, but it was coming a long way and though I'm disappointed to be locked out of the game to my recovery will be quick. time to give Bungie that empty, brokenhearted look they asked for and leave.

3 Repliesthe same thing happened when TDB released. Heroic Story, heroic and Nightfall and Strikes in DLC content meant vanilla players couldn't participate. Why is everyone acting all surprised now?

Nice support

28 RepliesWe did make the news.. Most downloaded title from the playstation network ever and most sales ever from the playstation network. And most ever players logged into destiny servers. I'm loving it! There are so many people playing right now it's been so easy to pick up fire teams and do stuff which is great because I work full time and have a wife and kids. So it's nice to be able to pick up a fireteam in like 5 minutes vs the 20-30 minutes it used to take in non peak times.
-
25 RepliesYes it all sucks if you didn't buy ttk. You really are missing out on all the fun though.
