Cods campaigns aren't that bad... Destiny on the other hand is "Here let me open this door!" *holds X button. Shoot things. Shoot more things. Then fight a reskin of an enemy but a little taller. Don't get me wrong I love destiny but the story is just horrible.

In terms of in game story told to you with established lore that most people have to go out of game to figure out? Dark Souls 1and 2 had less told to you in game. You had to go and seek out lore and learn about your environment and find out what was going on. It was an intriguing take on story development, one I love. Too bad Destiny has these neat environments with clues as to how people lived and died in them, but it's just lore and not story, right?
