When using rockets it usually ends badly for me! Trying to strafe as an object, enemy or guardian appears in front of me as I pull the trigger! Much safer to use a machine gun.

I dont give a -blam!- about the gun. I only want it for the collection. (I am a hoarder) i need 3 more for now.(that is until how drops)

Edited by chickengoujohn93: 4/26/2015 10:54:56 AMAs an owner of Gjallarhorn, I still prefer Machine Guns. Machine Guns have greater DPS than Rocket Launchers as RLs are generally a flash in the pan. A controlled Machine Gun will kill more enemies than a Rocket Launcher over time. I love my Gravity Deviant-A, Against All Odds, Corrective Measure and Thunderlord. I generally only use Gjallarhorn as a ticket into someone's Raid and whenever a Solar burn is active to speed up the Boss encounter.

Gjallarhorn is useful, but it us not a weapon to live your life by. I would rather have a legendary hand cannon in my hands.

2 RepliesMy friend who has two Ghallarhorns, (Purplerocky) has never gotten a kill with them and still uses a Maxed dragons breath and Maxed Truth. So, is it really needed?
