Suck On This Level 32 Elitists
I was using my level 18 character and I went 30 and 12 against a team of all level 32's with vex and thorn and suros. Suck my a$$ level 32 elitists, you just rekt by a level 18 :)
Edit- I forgot to mention that I was using the starting weapon
Edit- READ THE EDITS!! I know the levels don't matter! I was using the starting weapon against them..

Uses a gun that has the equivalent damage output and speed as vanquisher. Vanquisher tier 1 gun that is equivalent to suros and vex. Enters an arena of combat where all stats are equall. Claims to out shine higher lvls who are equalized. what are you implying?

Agreed level doesn't equal skill, 10000% BUT.... in PvE, level still matters. Yes you get some level 32s that are "scrubs" (as some people call them), but AS A STARTING POINT, searching the forums to fill a squad for raiding, looking for 32s(or highest level guardians) is ONE STRATEGY(of many) that some use to begin to build a team. Yes I am sure there are a lot of 31's better than 32s but this is something that will never change. Just gonna have to deal with it, yes it's unfortunate but it's part of this community. All I can say is: get 5 friends to play with OR get to 32.

1 ReplyWhy don't people get to 32? It isn't that Fhking hard. You're either too cheap to buy the Dlc or you're just lazy. I normally own in Pvp, regardless of their level. Have you ever got the medal "sum of all tears"? Of course not. You're not good, stop bragging.

However, looking at your recent crucible matches it's easy to conclude that the match you bring up here, in which you kill 30 enemies and die 12 times, is a fluke. Pretty much any game you played on Blind Watch appears ridiculously short, suggesting camping, ragequitting, or the more honorable late-join. Your other games have you either barely ekeing out a >1 K/D spread or getting around 1.5 K/D average. Don't worry dude we all have great games in a sea of mediocrity. I once had 42 kills in a game, I was on fire. I don't do that well every day, let alone every game.

3 RepliesCorrect! Level does not equivilate to skill. I've seen a 31 with [b]900[/b] grimoire once. Grimoire score is the [b]true[/b] measure of skill in destiny as it shows you how much time you've invested into the game. Took me 10+ raids to obtain all the gear from crota and 5 more to get the shards. Damn rng kept on giving me energy. Sorry for poor English.

You're right. Level does not equal skill. But in pve, level means you don't melt in the face of an enemy. It also gives you a shot at some nice weaponry and armor.
