If you're cool, I'll add you. However I've never been in a game that women were in. If they were, I didn't know it cause many people don't enable chat.

I really only add people I play with extensively and purge my list every so often. My friends list is usually around 4 to 7. Although when destiny came out, all the raid pugs I built up to 50. Now I'm around 7. None of which were females. No special reason. Just never came across such a rare species(female and good) in gaming.

I find it weird to just add a girl because most of the time they think you're trying to holler at them, am im like why the hell would I do that through a game? I know some guys do but that's just because they are single and lonely probably. Don't get me wrong playing a game listening to a woman's voice is nice and if she's good that makes it even better. But if I add a girl it's because she's chill and she's either really nice and easy to get along with or she's just really good.

1 ReplyThe one and only time I ever added a chick on Xbox Live was way back in the Halo 3 days. I was in custom game match with like 8 people and I sent her an friend request cause she was the chillest of them all. She had some pretty kick ass custom map/game modes too. Don't have her on my friends list anymore, I don't even remember her GT. Oh well.

I typically don't add people I meet in game just out of the blue regardless of gender. Just seems creepy to me. Maybe if they didn't call them Friends, maybe something less involved like Team Mates or Acquaintances. Nothing creeps me out more than getting random friend requests from people I've barely spoken to let alone know.

One of my clan members is a female, she's a decent player. She's just like any other gamer except she talks about her guinea pig a lot.

Tbh I haven't read any of the other communities replies but for myself I'll add you purely because you are a girl. I was just telling my fiancé this last night. But the games I like to play not many girls play. So when I come across one I'm going to add you on my friends list. Just cause I would rather talk to someone other than a little kid or a guy. They can get pretty -blam!-ing annoying.

I never auto invite females, I base invites off of how enjoyable playing with someone is. I will admit that females are more of a mediating presence. Some guys are way too agressive and have a problem acting like a hardass. Really kills me when you have some doucher trying to be a badass and he keeps dying a lot and blaming someone else. Girls are more chill online in my experience.

I only add players that I enjoy their company then if they happen to be good as well then that's a plus but for me I will only add people that I get a long with. I'll never add someone just because of their sex, that's straight creep status in my opinion. I would rather fail over and over with people that are all having fun than beat whatever the goal is in a quick manner with pretentious know it all ding ding weirdos. I don't care that you're level 32 and have every exotic if your a dick haha but yeah that's just me and probably why I haven't beaten the crota raid yet.
