FINALLY GOT POCKET INFINITY... and it's mediocre
Still -blam!- you bungie, -blam!- you gunsmith, and -blam!- you cryptarch... This was the most BS bounty I have ever done and am glad I will only ever do it once.

1 ReplyOnce you get the full auto perk the overcharge bounty is a breeze. As long as your holding down the trigger each kill counts. Otherwise its better for pvp then pve.

Ok. Here is what I suggest. Run omnigul or the story on the moon where you find the dead guardian. Wait for the million thralls or thralls and Knights, or even the shanks in omnigul to charge you. Unload fully auto pocket infinity at them. Pick up all the ammo left behind their burned, shattered corpses. You will feel much better.

Man I melt faces with this thing in PvP. It sucks when you first get it. After I unlocked full auto it still took me some time to learn the recoil. However, once I learned how to use it PI quickly became one of my go to weapons in crucible. I have taken it into a nightfall before and it was ok. I truly feel that where it shines is in crucible CQB. Just my opinion.

Edited by Iceman: 2/4/2015 6:24:39 PMI agree. Just unlocked the full auto and still feel it doesn't warrant the exotic slot. This goes for a lot of exotics; they simply don't [i]feel[/i] exotic. The only exotics I feel warrant this class would be the vex, icebreaker and gally.

Never judge an exotic until you've unlocked all is perks. PI is just a hard-hitting FR with a lot of recoil and a long chafe time until then.

you clearly haven't unlocked the full auto perk. come back here and cry some more when you've maxed the weapon out and actually have grounds to form a valid opinion.

Ya its base stats are garbage, u need the true 4 perk so your not out of the woods yet.. Get a fusion rifle telemetry and turn in like 10 bounties at once with a nightfall xp buff and u should get it right away

Get the full auto perk and it WRECKS in PvP. Especially rumble

Psst, unlock the full auto perk. That sucker turns from mediocre to "the best PVE Fusion Rifle."
