32 elitists
For those of you being PRICKS about having to be 32 to beat hard mode I'm sooo glad the majority of you can't beat it go -blam!- yourselves.
Fact the first teams to beat it had 31s, being 32 does not make you a better player if you suck you suck an extra level with never change that. Most of the teams I've played with it's the 32s that die most of the time not the 31s but instead of taking responsibility for there trashness they blame it on the 31 who's still ALIVE grow tf up people this community is pathetic
Edit:Being 31 does not automatically make you the reason a team fails that's illogical in essence.

No I wouldn't actually, but that was VoG. This is Crota's end, and I'll fill the other 32's in, no matter what difficulty you play CE on, IT'S EASY! You can do a full hard raid with 5 31's with a 32 swordbearer. So to all my fellow 32's that are like this, just lighten up man and bring some along that could use the help.

It's to do with the fact they've hit 32 and they want to run with other 32s because those guys have sat there levelling their stuff and will be a better choice, or perhaps it's just a wider belief that it's better to roll with the right level I don't think they should be judged just for that though. If they are rubbing it in trying to make out their better, then they are obviously crap, and are getting over excited because they did something first Raid isn't hard anyway and isn't much of an achievement. Rewards are fairly boring and everything about it is ugly. I honestly wouldn't worry about it

17 RepliesWhy attempt hard as a 31? Why makes things more difficult. Bungie handed everyone max level on a silver platter. This isn't VOG where becoming 30 was a tough accomplishment. Get to 32 then play hard mode for a faster easier experience..

While I agree it's no reason too boot people etc. It's logical that if you play with unknown people, they care about that. Cause a 32 does more damage and at least has done Crota a lot to get there. Maybe a 31 has done it 20 times more and just has had bad luck, but who can know that.

1 ReplyNot an elitist. I wont take a 31 (unless i play with them normally) over a 32 because while a lot of 32s are terrible you can get stuck with a 31 thats never stepped foot into a raid. Note i dont check gear or girmore (dont care if i spelled that right which i probably did) when finding a group i let there skill do the talking

Every team I have been on had 2-3 32s and 3-4 31s. Never had real issues with the raid.

2 RepliesHad a snow day yesterday and I was trying to find a group to take my 31 Titan through HM with, you would have thought I was toxic. I already beat HM with my Warlock and Hunter, and normal with the Titan. I only needed 2 shards/energies to be able to level up the Titan to 32 and nobody would do a single checkpoint. From my experiences, you can make it through the Abyss and Bridge with 4 31s, but you start needing more 32's with Ir Yut and Crota himself. When we finished the bridge on one run I said to the group that unless we picked up 1-2 32's for Ir Yut that I was going to have to bail (we only had 1-2 at the time). Someone wanted to argue with me about it but after a half dozen or so attempts the same person mentioned that I was right about the numbers since we didn't have enough firepower and 1-2 people couldn't even get past the knights that I usually just jump over

32 should be swordbearer. As long as you have at least 1 more 32 you should be fine.

If I had the option of picking a clan mate that I trust over a random 32 I'll take it. Just because I believe he or she is better then the random. So when we move forward into the realm of ransoms I'll take a 32 over 31 any day and I won't regret it.

I did it at 31 and now at 32. 32 isn't hard to get like 30 was for Aetheon raid

1 ReplyAnyone that has beaten Crota with a 30, 31, and 32 - as well has a decent amount of sword experience knows why you want 32's. It isn't because it's impossible with a 31. It has very little to do with elitism. It has everything to do with margin of error, and ease of completion.

2 Replies31 can die super fast. At crota they really can't do anything except use rocket launchers. It's really hard on them. It's like being a sword bearer.

Majority of you can't beat it? Where are your stats coming from? Show me the stats that claim that more 31s have beaten the raid in hard than 32s.
