For those of you being PRICKS about having to be 32 to beat hard mode I'm sooo glad the majority of you can't beat it go -blam!- yourselves.
Fact the first teams to beat it had 31s, being 32 does not make you a better player if you suck you suck an extra level with never change that. Most of the teams I've played with it's the 32s that die most of the time not the 31s but instead of taking responsibility for there trashness they blame it on the 31 who's still ALIVE grow tf up people this community is pathetic
Edit:Being 31 does not automatically make you the reason a team fails that's illogical in essence.

21 RepliesI beat Hard Mode for the first time with a fireteam of 3 31's and the rest 32's. Any 32 who thinks they need a team of full 32's only are scrubs.

I was on the other side of this once. It was me (a 32) four other 32s and one 31 and you could hear it in his voice. He was scared of being kicked. I told him it was ok I've done this with 30s before. This run should be fine. He did fine only died like twice out of the 80-90 time we did it

It's not that 31s aren't capable But if you're 31 why not just do normal a couple more times and level up its too easy time 31 now and most can't be trusted to perform well in hard mode

If your looking for a random person to take a 31 over a 32 you can't blame them for taking a 32 better chance of it being easier and fast (not a sure thing it is easier but you don't have anything to go on really). Don't get all but hurt its not like it is hard to get to 32 just play normal for 2 more weeks and your there normal is just as much fun and all the hard mode weapons are pretty much junk any ways.

i have terrible rng luck. I was 32 within three weeks of dlc drop, at the most. That is with terrible luck and no eris rank 4. I got energies only and weapons about half the time. I decided to make a titan a little over a week ago. Within 48 hours of making the titan i was 32. That is really good rng luck, and having mad shards in my vault. So worst case scenario, everyone should have been 32 for at least about 3 weeks now. I have at least 1 31 with me every single time almost, excluding the day of the release of hard and a few other times. But if it weren't for the 32's firing their ghorns at the swordbearer, we would have been in trouble. You don't really notice there's 31's when it comes to taking down crota's shield. But that is because there are usually at least 4 people firing rockets at him. The swordbearer is a different story. Typically 2 people have eyes and line of sight on the swordbearer at a time. If he's in a good spot, maybe 3. A lot of rockets fired from the window either hit thralls, rocks or miss altogether. If 31's are the two that see and fire on him, he will get hit, move, and probably regenerate health

1 ReplyMajority of the time it is the reason why the raid fails as the sword time gets messed because the 31 is doing 40% less damage than anyone else which will cause the sword bearer to die if crota isn't downed quick enough so yes it is the 31's fought that the sword bearer dies regardless if the 31 is a alive or not due to the 40% less damage it is doing over all the 32's who are only suffering a 20% damage loss from crota.

Im not picking any side to this, but the raid has been out for weeks now im sure all you 31's could be 32's by now... But at the same time anyone should be allowed to be in any fireteam. 31 or 32 gally or not

Why aren't all of you 32's yet??? You guys have had more than enough opportunities to get the armor and shards so if you can't get into a hard raid you should just give up cuz your gonna be complaining when house of wolves comes out. Just sayin

6 RepliesI've tried to make this point a while ago. Be prepaid for all the hate. I took four 31s with me the first week hard was released, and we beat it no problem. The "only 32" post are mainly the people who can't beat it so they rely on the others. I've replied to peoples post on the forums through Xbox messages, they replied with asking me if I was level 32. I laugh, respond with a degrading message, and continue my raid team search. I have all 32s characters, I know how to beat crota. A team full of 32s is not necessary. This is fact. People just don't want to accept it.

The reason why people don't take 31s (some), is because 1. They deal less dmg to mobs and 2. They take more dmg from mobs. What part of that don't you understand? When i first started doing CE HM, i didn't want to take any 31s, now as long as is not more than 2 is all good. Why? Because i don't want to carry anyone.

Why is it that if you're a Level 1, a level 30 Shank can kill you, but then again if you're a level 30 a freaking level 1 shank can kill you. And before morons come saying I got killed by a level 1 shank..... NO! I did not! I'm just saying it's stupid how that works, I should be invincible to a level 1 shank and feel superior! -blam!- this logic :D

Crazy as it may sound I have more success with parties that have a few 31's. Why? Because 31's don't want to the reason your whole team has to wipe. 31's know they can be replaced if they become a burden to the team. So what does a 31 do better than a 32? They listen. This raid is extremely linear and requires everyone to just stick to a simple plan and follow instructions. All too often I find myself wanting to ask some of the 32's I'm playing with what the hell they were thinking when they go off and do something outside of the basic formula that ends up resulting in a wipe. If I ask a 31 Titan to throw a bubble up and just sit in it to distract boomers, they will do that every time no complaints, no excuses nothing. They follow the instructions given because if they don't and end up dying as a result they might not be around much longer. Point is 31's tend to be much more disciplined and patient making them valuable assets to the TEAM. When we have all 32's it turns into the blame game and who's better than who. After every wipe someone wants change the strategy or switch roles with someone else because they can do their job better. Ultimately this just causes confusion, frustration, and a ton of ammo synths. Point is, if you join my raid I don't care how good you think you are or how your team does things. There's a very effective strategy (middle platform) that everyone uses because it works and its relatively simple to follow. Yet time and time again I see 32's trying to be the hero and get killed because they couldn't follow instructions. I'd rather have a Lvl 31 Titan that never shoots his gun because his job is to distract the knights, than a 32 Titan who thinks their way is better and ultimately cause us to wipe as a result.

Well I have beaten crota many times with many different team even with some 30s on my team. Being 32 is a bonus but not even req. Jus a 32 sword carrier and ppl who can listen(which is sometime really hard for some ppl)

I played Crota NM last night and received Boots, Chest and Helm for a warlock. Don't have gear for 32? Do you want it? PLAY NORMAL CROTA. Normal mode is for armor and hard is for weapons. Getting 32 should be your focus, not getting carried through so you can get a lame shader and barely better than shit guns.
