Voidwalker? Anyone?
Every time I see mention here about Warlocks, it seems like we only have one subclass because all that's discussed is Sunsinger. Does anyone run Void regularly? I have both, but Void makes me feel like I'm contributing more since I have a Super I can actually use and not hoard away as a pocket rez.

I run voidwalker for the the Crota fight. It has melee for health, and my gear regains my health when I super so it works well.

Edited by VoodooN88: 2/10/2015 5:38:52 PMBoth supers are devastating. You don't have to die to use the super on a Sun singer. In fact it may keep you from dieing. But I definitely recommend using both! Another thought... This week the burn is... Void. Go have some fun with it.

1 ReplyI prefer Void. It is more my play style, but run Sunsinger in nightfall and raids. Singer is the "healer" of the game. It will always be viewed that way.

Primarily run Voidwalker since the beginning, in fact I just recently finished unlocking my Sunsinger skill tree. I stay sippin that purple oil!

Sunsinger is Defensive. Voidwalker is Offensive. If I'm playing raids or Nightfalls, it's all about Defense. If I'm doing anything else, it's about Offense. OM and BJJ 4 life, yo!

Voidwalking is infinitely more fun than sinsinging imo. I cant switch back.

I would use Voidwalker more but all my gear is targeted specifically at Sunsinger.

I began as a Sunsinger, naturally, as I prefer fire over water/purple crap. Now that it's maxed out and I've begun maxing out my Voidwalker, I love it so much more. I can obliterate crowds of enemies now instead of charging into them like a Titan and dying, only to Self-Resurrect in order to dish out all of my Solar Grenades.

Void + obsidian mind + juju = nova bombs for DAYS I used to only run sunsinger but now that I have a great excuse to run void walker that's typically my choice now
