Keep PvP parts of bounties
I am one of the worst pvpers I know. I hate crucible and have rarely played. It took me a while but I now own Thorn. I truly suck at pvp but I was still able to finish the bounty by trying to improve and adapting. I didnt give up and continued to drag my teams down (LoL thanks/sorry about that).
I feel I actually EARNED the gun, and it feels awesome. If I can do it ANYONE can. Stop asking for the pvp parts of exotics to be removed. Aquire a new skill (I use the term loosely in my case) and earn what you want.

2 RepliesThorn bounty is horrendous. I've seen hundreds of these posts and Bungie ignores them all. Keep PvP out of the bounties or offer two paths for exotic guns. Offer a choice. Play PvP or PvE to complete the bounty. Choices !!!

I didn't bother to venture into PvP until I had all three bounties that required PvP sitting there taking up bounty space. Got them all done, and never use the weapons I got from them lol

I feel the same way I am not very good at crucible and only play for iron banner (when there is actually something worth playing it for) and when I did the exotic bounties. I did thorn bounty on the first Iron Banner with a rare fusion and my void walker build on with no other void weapons and it was a struggle. Made me feel like I accomplished something and made me play a part of the game that otherwise I could really care less about which actually was kind of fun. I am about to go play a few rounds later on today to get an upgraded version of bad juju since I have heard it's better now and didn't want to spend glimmer on an upgrade. Hopefully I will be a lot better this time around and get it done quicker. We'll see. Lol Congrats on getting your thorn hope you enjoy it. It's a awesome weapon.

Totally agree, I felt like I earned mine before they buffed it. Now that it's awesome it feels like a real reward. There's no buying the bounty exotics, I feel the challenge is necessary.
