Dosn't matter. .. the random packages from ranking will give armor with random perks and intelligence/discipline/strength

Stick with one faction if you want their weapons. Leveling up a faction gives you a chance at one of their weapons with randomized perks. I stuck with Dead Orbit because I want their scout rifle.

Future war cult but some reason new monarchy is popular. Maybe cause their stuff looks better. But spend enough time you can level them all up. I'm at least level 5 in all 3.

Depends, each specializes in 2/3 of the main stats. Intelligence discipline and strength for those who can't figure it out
