Are You Addicted? Or Having Fun?
Ask yourself this: Am i playing Destiny because its fun or am i playing because im addicted?
I was out of town for a week or so and when i came back i had no desire to play Destiny, and today i picked up Dragon Age Inquisition and i honestly think im done with Destiny, at least for a while.

1 ReplyIve been playing pretty much non stop since it came out and started playing ac unity on friday, as wierd as it sounds its a bit of a relief from the monotonous grind that im not sure i enjoy anymore. A different game just feels so fresh for some reason, i might log in to run the raid and nightfall but thats it

Bruh, I just copped DAI I think on Thursday or Wednesday. And I didn't like story mode at first cause I couldn't find my play style. I got the hang of it. Watched a lot of guides and now as soon as I get home I will do my nightfalls, raids and then get on DA for the rest of the night.

1 ReplyDefinitely an addictive element but I've also made some great friends and enjoy the social aspect with them now. Game still fun, particularly the social team aspects. Bounties and strikes definitely a grind though and that falls firmly under addiction in the hope of finding a legendary or better engram.

1 ReplyI WAS addicted, then I too put it down and played a bit of Dragon Age, and now I remember what a good game is ^_^ I'll still play at the reset because my friends play and I like that social aspect, but yes, Destiny is like the Vegas slot machines of games.

both for me, I have found my self not wanting to play for such long periods of time the last week though, probaly because I have upgraded all my exotics now, I was grinding bounties to get the xp, as soon as a new one drops I suppose I will be glued for hours and hours lol.

Both. But I'm actually trying to cut back. Nearly at 900 hours. I traveled for work and left the Xbox at home. 4 days with no destiny so hopefully the need to play subsides a bit.
