Are You Addicted? Or Having Fun?
Ask yourself this: Am i playing Destiny because its fun or am i playing because im addicted?
I was out of town for a week or so and when i came back i had no desire to play Destiny, and today i picked up Dragon Age Inquisition and i honestly think im done with Destiny, at least for a while.

Fun, I like to play PvP and just wreck.

I'm having fun with it, but probably not in the same way most people do/play. Its a something for me to do after a long days work when I just want to come back down, I like being able to hop on and talk with some buddies while unloading some heat on bad guys. Even just roaming around bs'ing is all good with me. GTA 5, Destiny, Forza Horizon 2, even Madden 15. I play video games to relax and catch up with friends.

1 ReplyI deleted my level 31 warlock, ironically last character I made, first character I got full crota gear on, because running nightfall, weekly, raids, and bounties on 3 toons every week felt more like work than fun. This was two weeks ago, the following week I didn't finish a weekly on my titan, and last week all I ran was a raid and nightfall on my hunter. I too have dragon age, and don't think I'll be coming back to destiny for awhile

Both, PvE and PvP are both fun in this game, so if I find myself getting bored with one I focus on the other for a while.

1 ReplyI really only play now when I have a chance of getting CE Raid Weapons, level up, or get exotics I want. Otherwise, I'm playing either Advanced Warfare, Far Cry 4, Halo 5, or (soon to be) Warframe.

Without a doubt, I was addicted. I checked myself into a rehab clinic called "Shadow of Mordor" over the past couple days, and honestly it helped me kick the habit. I'm still gonna go through my weekly checklist after resets and do eris bounties on the 1 character I care to level up, but that's pretty much it. I no longer have this unexplainable urge to make sure I do all the bounties on my character everyday and honestly, if I didn't have so many friends that I play with on a regular basis, I'd probably quit entirely.

I still have fun after the reset, but by Saturday I'm usually over it until the next reset. I only need 1 more exotic and I have all raid stuff, just basically waiting for hard mode.

I don't really have consistent fun, more like small spurts of it. It doesn't have a large variety of things to do unfortunately, I only really have fun when I defeat a boss and something nice drops.

A little bit of both, but that's how it should be, right? Makes it more fun to be a bit addicted. *takes off shoes* Gotta be having fun, though. If it's a pain in your ass... i'd suggest moving on. I enjoy playing each week to see what I get, but the outcome of what I get doesn't make it worth it or not. I have fun just finding out.

Both, this game is for me just having a fun time when im bored, also the game have these raid, strikes and weekly nightfall per week which can be completed in one day so i have no rush playing this.
