3 RepliesI'm still guessing legendary engram related, as Deej tweeted that no one would be left out of the "Cryptarch's" good cheer... The sparrows were picked up at special orders, cryptarch packages come through post master. Personally I'm not a fan of the new sparrows paint job... So getting the same thing we got for Dark Below while a nice gesture wouldn't be anything I'd use. I'm hoping for a ghost shell...

18 RepliesStill think it's likely to be a Ghost Shell (and that's what I'm hoping for as well); an engram will lead to bitching because of RNG screwing people over with shards, energy, or turning into a blue item no one needs, a ship is unlikely, and sparrows are a dime a dozen. People like pointing out that there's a snow-themed sparrow in the game files, but there was also a black one pegged for Halloween that never materialized. Also, since they need to prep it, that makes me think it might be something not currently in the game files and will be patched in; the snow-themed sparrow is already in the files.

I'm thinking it might be a standard something. Maybe a random ship or shader from the legendary list. I fail to see why people complain. Whatever it is, it's a gift you didn't have before they gave it to you. I don't understand the negativity!

I'm thinking it'll just be like a vanguard level up package, hopefully a little more generous, couple of purple engrams, a shader, maybe some holiday themed items like the pumpkin heads, maybe an emblem.
