Why they call themselves a hacker group when all they do is DDOS attacks.

I'd simply tell their parents and point lawenforcement in their direction. Forvwhat they did (create slaves for a ddos attack etc) it quickly mounts up to 20 years in jail and a few million dollar fine. The good news is, even their european members will be persecuted and tried in America. Which means that under the anti-terrorism act they don't necessarily get tried in a court of law. They wouldn't have to expect any fairness or chance at a normal life after this.
