Crota can't leave his realm without being summoned which the guardians stoped. Atheon can't exist outside the Vault of Glass so neither.

1 ReplyIf the battle took place in vog; Atheon would be victorious. Due to crota being warp to Venus; containment field, minotaur spawning on top of him. Also my favorite relic disappearing.

I know crota has the sword but with the amount of health he has Atheon will put him down before he does any real damage

7 RepliesI've read a lot of very good back and forth on here, but I would like to bring a point I haven't seen yet. Atheon is the god of the Vex, and, as far as I know, is the highest power for them. Crota is merely the son of Oryx, so while I've seen more evidence that would point to Crota losing, what would it be like if the two highest entities of both races went at it? I have a feeling Oryx would win.

In VoG, obviously Atheon for obvious reasons already stated. In CE, Crota, only because Supplicants running around exploding themselves spawning the oversoul every 2 seconds.

well the best answer is that they both lose. Atheon sends Crota through the time stream and because crota has no one to open the portal, he dies. but, by dieing, an oversoul is created that then kills Atheon... gg
