"If i had asked what the people wanted, they would ask for faster horses" - Henry Ford
imagine getting a BUNGIE GIFTCARD for christmas! were you get 25% off a bungie t-shirt and a free santa hat with your first purchase of any exotic weopon, raid armour peice, or exotic armour peice for only $2.99!
giftcard is redeemable at any gunsmith in the tower and receive two emblem templates of your design! a custom template? thats right. create.thrive.shoot.survive, your own emblem. *drum roll*
wow i was not expecting this kind of response! hopefully bungie consider at least SOME of these ideas and deej passes them on some great feedback!!!!
a system based on microtransactions plus raid gear to reach max light level is a good idea.
say you have been raiding for MONTHS now
and you have your gauntlets legs but no chest! oh no! but you really, REALLY want to be 30 for the new raid!
thats ok... you can always purchase a chest peice from the gunsmith for $4.99!! bam 30
this would ensure that destiny servers are maintained and receive regular updates and patches
edit: microtransactions will allow you to obtain lvl 30 and exotics without having to raid, therefore allowing more free time to do what you wanna do instead of having to play the game, many thanks to the supporters of this idea and i hope bungie implement it!
Edit 2: the vex mythoclast purchasable through RL vendor only when dark below drops, necrocasm purchasable only when wolves drops. sales from these two guns alone should fuel a small army of devs to drop a 4th DLC before destiny 2 AND give Deej a much needed raise.
Edit 4: special shaders emblems and cosmetic items purchasable all year round
Edit 5: purchasable raid gear is capped two lvls below the next cap, only purchasable a week before next lvl cap increase.
Edit: a cash for glimmer exchange, a huge must
some really good feedback coming from you guys! thanks for the support, all proceeds will go back to you guys! and the bungie team ! more pew pew less QQ
it seems like were at a half half on it, tipping more towards yes to transactions which is good to see!

2 RepliesAnother moronic thread by another uneducated window licker. Typically you see the P2W model used in MMOs that are free to play. We have already bought the game (and expansion) thus negating any reason to use the P2W model. What you are suggesting is ignorant and uninformed at best, wholely retarded and stupid at worst. Please refrain from further posting on this forum until you have that brain transplant operation that you so desperately need.

Heres another nope. Actually take all my nopes. They're yours now.

NO: micro's, subscriptions, trading, MLG. NOOOOOOO

2 RepliesNo, just no; you are undoubtably the most naive or retarded person to play destiny, the fact that "Dark Below" and "House of Wolves" DLC should already be in the game (they're on ur disc, just locked so you can't play it until the DLC comes out and adds a code to unlock it). So we are already paying for stuff that we already own, now you want to give them more money? Also don't forget Deej sees 0 of this money and gets paid the same regardless how much the game makes, so you would be putting money into the company owners hands willingly and he's going to say "sure lets make Deej and others work harder for microtransaction sto give me money." Now you add the fact that now he believes he can get away with microtransactions more often and now adds a $1 microtransaction to get extra from the raid that u have done this week or something like that and they will continue to add more to make you pay more until Destiny becomes so overwhelmed with microtransactions the game dies due to a lack of population (like many games do) and now you've wasted tons of money to play a game that you can no longer pay because those who were smart got out long before you and didn't spend a dime. Also have you played any F2P MMORPGs before? Because they're mostly whale fishing (by whale I mean a gamer with a lot of money they're willing to spend on a game to get ahead of everyone else). In fact if you were a PC gamer you would know this all too well. And people wonder why it's "PC Master Race"

1 ReplyEdited by VSeconds: 12/8/2014 7:47:17 PMNo one realises, they'll add it sooner or later, buy this and get this epic looking armor, or this shader etc. Tbh if it looks awesome I'll buy it, people who dislikes adds on probably poor and can't afford buy the DLC, their opinion most likely is irrelevant.

3 RepliesNoooooooooooooooooooo this is a dumb idea if you want to buy your gear go play cod

#pay2win

Um nope.

Bad troll is bad.

2 RepliesWhile I'm not for this idea, everyone who is bashing this should immediately do the following: Stop driving unless you mined the ore and smelted the metals to build your own car. Immediately grow your own food, or hunt, or starve. Burn all your clothing unless you made it yourself, including growing the cotton, making the threads, etc... Oh wait, you paid to have someone make all that "stuff" for you. Slacker! Get a life and do it yourself! /endsarcasm

NO dont turn destiny into another one of those cash grab games
-
-blam!- that. Worst part about games are if you purchase to get good. Big negative here bro. Save your parents some cash and get good on your own. Also $5 for a chest piece in a game... You must be higher than giraffe p ussy

1 ReplyDumbest idea ever.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
-
No, microtransactions are not something any game needs. We pay for the game and the DLC, that is enough.
-
Burn it. Burn it with acid, not even fire, before it lays eggs.

Edited by Exillix3: 12/8/2014 9:31:26 PMNot even going to read your post. No MicroTransactions They ruin games. Already paid for half a game. I don't need 35% of it only obtainable through MicroTransactions..

How much did Activision pay you

Best idea ever. I have money!

Be careful what you wish for...
