I would admire my wicked ass synthetic body and be thrilled at how much easier it is to repair or swap out damaged parts. I might be slightly biased because I am currently trying to figure out how to activate a mutant healing factor for some broken bones, but being an Exo would be wicked. I would then try to flirt with the Kadi (forgot her #) the Postmaster until I realize she is a Frame, and thus the Exo equivalent of a high functioning special needs kid. Would then shift my attention to Tess Everis, because Claudia Black has a damn sexy voice.
