I got suspended for having a confederate flag on my truck.....
I still don't understand why people think the flag is racist, it represents southern heritage. The school might as well become a dictatorship. Should I sue?

Don't sue. Things like this people take to the Supreme Court. You are being denied your right to free speech/ freedom of expression. Your school can't do that.
