A children's game? That's interesting since all my clan mates are over 20, and some are over 30. Everyone I've met on Facebook, or exploring for materials is over 20...i would have thought I'd have met at least one child in actual game experience.

He said that its a children's game bc of the "T" rating probably, so it's easier for younger people to obtain this game as opposed to an "M" rated game that they would need to get an adult to buy for them.

If you believe 13 year olds are children then yes, you are correct. Content and story decisions made to keep or maintain a rating to make it accessible to children make it a children's game/movie.
