How/where do you get this gun? I know it's not a bounty weapon... so luck of the 'drop' or Xur I'm guessing?

I got my plan c from the crucible. Pretty good weapon, great range, impact and pretty fast charge time.

Yeah they drop randomly. My first was from an engram Second was from the raid I just got a third from the crucible Might as well give me Plan D E F G H too while RNG is at it.

other than raid specific gear everything else in game is a lucky drop or purchased from Xur

It's on Xúr's list of weapons to sell, so he will eventually have it.

Xur hasn't sold it yet. I got mine from Tiger strike end game roll. It feels good.

got it in the crucible the other day.... i know someone got it from a legendary engram couple days prior to that
