Well that hot fix lasted all of 1 hour... (templar)
People already exploiting him again.
Get to work bungie, since you failed the first time.

4 RepliesThey never released the hot fix, so please, try playing the game before you go spouting stuff... They didn't release the update because of the feedback about Atheons random teleportation, people didn't really care about pushing him off the edge

Seriously,stop complaining about how people are beating bosses. All its doin is makin them waste more time on finding patches for these issues that are not that huge of a deal. Let them focus of fixing the currently weak exotics and new events and content.If want to play bosses how they were intended cool. Good on you. People are most likely going to find another way to make raid easier,which in turn makes them waste some more time fixin that one. Leave the Raid alone and focus on new stuff.i am sure they are learning quickly how fast people will find any method makin a fight easier and how to reduce those possibilites for the next raid.

I hope they left it as it was, i beat the normal mode fairly, leave it like it is and just auto delete threads that pop up about it. For 1 bitching about people who use the environment to their advantage to take out the templar and knocking off the boss. Id say is a good use of resourse. Bungie i read that you said the vault was a puzzle left to the players to complete. Then why are you putting a instruction book now that people claim its illegitimate. Socialist it is then.

in what game is hiding behind cover that you can reach an exploit? an exploit would be going against the game physics. might as well make the templar be on a giant flat platform

It's the experience of just going through the VoG that's satisfying. My friends and I get on at different times, so it's awesome when we can play together.

Make the items from templar and aetheon drop from their dead body's, instead of straight into inventory. Wanna beat the raid by pushing him off? Sure. Have at it. But you don't get anything. That way cheaters are happy(they can beat the raid all day) and us legit players are happy.

1 ReplyI think this is on bingie to learn lessons for the future dlc/raids. Make bosses stick to the ground. No pushbacks possible. I am not sure on this ofcourse, but if the next dlc increases lvl cap pple will ditch the current raid and move to the next. So i would just focus on stuff like this in the upcomming raid. And stop working on fixes for this one. Waste of time for now. Once the dlc hits and things get more relaxed move back to fix isseus in the current raid.

3 Replies*Facepalm* FFS Bungie you're better than this, i can't believe you guys, the raid is supposed to be the hardest activity in this game, yet people instantly figures out a way to "glitch" the boss out of the playable area, please fix this as soon as you possibly can.

just did the raid. we tried to do this when he was in position and it continued to not work. that's not to say it can't. but when we gave up we killed him no problem legit. IDK if you can do it more power to you. but much like atheon it's not too bad to do it the normal way.

Bungie's poor wittle egos get bwuised when ppl cheese the bosses... And then they spend the next 3 months fixing the cheese instead of worrying about what's REALLY important. I dont see what the problem is other than it pisses Bungie off. However, I gurantee they'll fix THIS before they fix Bad Juju.

1 ReplyPushing mobs/bosses of a cliff is part of the game as i see it, people just use the tools bungie provided them with, including AI, level architecture etc.. Thats smart, shooting hours on something when u can kill it in a few minutes not smart. If you get more fun out of it by simply shooting without any real tactical teamwork then do it but why you guys cry if people want to do it another way? Does it worsen your experience? No it definitely doesn´t.
