Your problem is the crucible part....
To be honest it took time but I got mine done. If you are having trouble with this grab a void shotgun and camp somewhere on the map lol.
My problem with this bounty is not the crucible it is the last mission. I brought in a couple of peeps last night to do the strike on 26 and dear lord it handed us our butts. I don't consider myself an awesome player, but I thought I was half way decent. Myself and two other 27's couldn't do it.
Now understand I like it. I like the challenge and I look forward to earning my cannon. Just saying if your issue is the crucible just wait until you hit the next step. :).

You can glitch the last mission for thorn. Its cheating but makes it alot easier

In the back left corner of the room behind the rocks you can hide under the floor, enimies cant get to you so u have one person hid there while the other 2 do what they can to kill mobs till he spawns (third drop ship btw) and because you can self respawn in that mission every 30 seconds or so the guy hiding never has tp risk coming out to res, its slower with 2 people fighting, but garuntees a victory

Problem was, I only have a void sniper and machine gun. Then I picked Atheons auto rifle, then I abandoned it, then I picked up the comedian. The irony isn't lost to me.
